HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5663-1971RESOLUTION NO. 5663 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP WEST PARK UNIT 3D AND AUTHORIZING RELATED ACTS. BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that: 1. The Final Map entitled Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3D, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California, dated April, 1971, is hereby approved and the dedications thereby made are accepted. 2. The City Clerk be, and he is hereby authorized to accept delivery and record or cause recordation of the Deed from Beverly-Glenwood Corporation, a California corporation, to the City of South San Francisco, for Lot 168, Block 9, as shown on the Final Map of Westborough-West Park Unit 3D, a copy of the Deed for which is attached hereto as Exhibit A, said acceptance and recordation to occur immediately after the recordation of the Final Map, the condition of title to be free and clear of all liens, taxes and encumbrances except those accepted by City, said condition of title to be assured by a standard title insurance policy in the sum of Dollars ($ provided at the cost and expense of the Grantor. 3. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision Improvements and Common Greens, Westborough-West Park Unit 3D" is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded concur- rently with the recordation of the Final Map. 4. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and execute other documents and do any other acts necessary to carry out the provisions of this Resolution. ~ ® NOES, " ABSENT, " I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the Yth day of September , 19 71 , by the following vote: AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
