CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP
WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT 3E, AND
AUTHORIZING ACTS RELATED THERETO.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The Final Map entitled Westborough-West Park Unit No.
3E, South San Francisco, San Mateo County, California,
dated July, 19 71, is hereby approved and the dedications
thereby made are accepted.
2. The City Clemk be, and he is hereby authorized to accept
delivery and record or cause recordation of the Deed from
Beverly-Glenwood Corporation, a California corporation, to
the City of South San Francisco, for Lot 102, Block 10;
Lot 41, Block 11; Lot 175, Block 12; and Lot 220, Block
12, as shown on the Final Map of Westborough-West Park
Unit 3E, a copy of the Deed for which is attached hereto
as Exhibit A, said acceptance and recordation to occur
immediately after the recordation of the Final Map, the
condition of title to be free and clear of all liens,
taxes and encumbrances except those acgepted by City,
said condition of title to be assured by a standard title
insurance policy in the sum of Thirty Thousand
Dollars ($ 30,000.00 ), provided at the cost
and expense of the Grantor.
3. Execution of the Agreement entitled, "Subdivision Improve-
ments and Common Greens, Westborough-West Park Unit 3E,"
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to
execute said Agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto, same to be recorded
concurrently with the recordation of the Final Map.
4. The City Attorney and City Clerk be, and they are hereby
authorized to issue escrow instructions if necessary and
execute other documents and do any other acts necessary
to carry out the provisions of this Resolution.
