CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL MAP
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL
PARK UNIT NO. 3 AND AUTHORIZING
RELATED ACTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The final map of Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial
Park Unit No. 3, South San Francisco, California, dated
August, 1971, prepared by Wilsey and Ham is hereby approved.
2. The dedications of public streets, public service
easements and other rights of way made by said map are hereby
accepted.
3. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to
accept the public streets, public service easements and
other rights of way dedicated by said map and record or cause
recordation of said map in the official records of San Mateo
County.
4. Execution of the certificates by respective depart-
ment heads are hereby authorized.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of September , 19 71.., by
the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammlnl and Warren Steinkamp
