CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO,STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
WITH CABOT, CABOT g FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC. (CCSF NO. 3)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO THAT the Council having approved the final
map for Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes Industrial Park Unit No. 3 in
Resolution No. 5665 passed September 7, 1971, does hereby
provide for the following:
1. City accepts the proposal of Cabot, Cabot $
Forbes California Properties, Inc. to provide for the main-
tenance of the maintenance lane between Grandview Drive and
Monument Common and the other areas as described in the supple-
mental declaration dated August 6, 1971.
2. The extent of the improvements to the offsite
sewer system shall be determined by engineering studies and
cost thereof paid as provided for in an agreement or funded
by the assessment distric~ for Units 2, 2A and 3 in the
proportions determin ed by City and Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes
California Properties, Inc.
3. Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes California Properties, Inc.
shall include in the items of work for Unit No. 3 the offsite
drainage improvement from East Grand Avenue to an outlet in
San Francisco Bay, which may be funded by the assessment
district, a deposit of funds, or assured by an agreement between
City and Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes California Properties, Inc.
secured by a surety bond.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day o£ September , 1971, by the £ollow-
ing vote:
