CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT
OF PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT
(DRAINAGE)--DE CASTRO, et al.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the acceptance of the Grant of
Public Service Easement from John DeCastro, Edward DeCastro,
Mary Leon, Eleanor Dumas, Vivian Ledger, and Ruth Vierra,
conveying the drain easement to the City of South San Fran-
cisco over a portion of Lot 13 in Block 118, as designated
on the map entitled, "SouthSan Francisco, San Mateo County,
California, Plat No. 1," and as more particularly described
in said Grant, which was executed on August 16, 1971, is
hereby accepted and the City Clerk is authorized to record
or cause recordation thereof in the official records of the
County of San Mateo.
