A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL MAP,
"BENNETT $ KAHNWEILER INDUSTRIAL SUB-
DIVISION:" AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AN AGREE~NT PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS AND RELATED MATTERS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
1. The Final Map entitled "Bennett & Kahnweiler Industrial
Subdivision," dated August, 1971, is hereby approved and the
City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to accept the dedica-
tions made thereby.
2. The City Clerk be and hereby authorized to accept
said dedications and execute a certificate of acceptance there-
for and record or cause recordation of same in the official
records of the Recorder of San Mateo County.
3. Execution of the agreement entitled, "Subdivision
Improvements, Bennett & Kahnweiler Industrial Subdivision,"
is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto, same to be recorded concurrently with
recordation of the final map.
4. The City Clerk and City Attorney are authorized to
issue escrow instructions if necessary to carry out the pro-
visions of this Resolution and execute other documents and do
any other acts necessary to carry out the provisions of this
Res oluti on.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
