CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT TO
P & Z CO., INC., A SUBSIDIARY OF U. S.
INDUSTRIES, INC., A CALIFORNIA CORPORATION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having
filed a report of his recommendations on the application of
P & Z Co., Inc., a subsidiary of U. S. Industries, Inc., a
California corporation, for a Grading Permit to grade a
parcel shown on the plat entitled, "P g Z Inc. Div. of U.S.
Ind. - Expansion of Warehouse Yard. and Parking Lot," dated
9/24/71, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk
to issue the Grading Permit entitled, "Grading Permit to
P & Z Co., Inc., a subsidiary of U. S. Industries, Inc. ,
a California corporation."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 4th day of October , 19 ~71 ,
by the following vote:
