A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF A QUITCLAIM DEED--WONDERCOLOR
LANE
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco ~hat execution of the Quitclaim Deed
whereby the City of South San Francisco, a municipal cor-
poration, quitclaims to the Pacific GRs and Electric Comp-
any, a California corporation, all of its right, title and
interest in and to that certain property situated in the
City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, described as follows:
The strip of land described and designated 2
in the deed from Pacific Gas and Electric
Company to Utah Construction Company dated
March 11, 1959 and recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of said County of
San Mateo in Book 3604 of Official ReCords
at page 145.
is hereby authorized, and the Mayor is authorized to execute
said quitclaim deed on behalf of the .City, and City Clerk
attests his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a re~qu~sr meeting
held on the 4th day of 0ctober~ , 19 7~ , by
