CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE
OF PARCELS ADJACENT TO SAN BRUNO
SLOUGH TO STATE DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the Right of Way Contract, State High-
way Document No. 38263, between the City of South San Francisco,
a municipal corporation, and the State of California, Depart-
ment of Public Works, Division of Highways, providing for the
conveyance of a parcel of land on the terms and conditions
therein recited, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is author-
ized to execute said Right of Way Contract on behalf of the
City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
2. Execution of a Grant Deed by the City of South San
Francisco, a municipal corporation, which conveys the follow-
ing described parcel to the State of California on the terms
and conditions therein described, is hereby authorized and
the Mayor and Mayor Pro Tern are authorized to execute said
Grant Deed on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest their
signatures thereto.
DESCRIPTION
COMMENCING at the northeasterly corner of the
0.96 acre parcel of land described in the deed to
the State of California, recorded December 10,
1946, in Volume 1288, at Page 377, Official Records
of San Mateo County, said corner being'also on the
property line common to the lands, now or formerly,
of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation and of Marco Senaldi, et ux; thence
along said property line S. 89°19'00'' E., 9.15
feet; thence S. 26°37'52" E., 205'.60 feet to the
northerly line of the parcel of land described
in the deed to the State of California, recorded
February 11, 1947, in Book 1311, at Page 430,
Official Records of San Mateo County; thence along
last said line S. 76°12'29'' W., 7.00 feet and
N. 89°19'00'' W., 85.54 feet to the easterly line
of said 0.96 acre parcel; thence along said easterly
line, N. 2o48'58'' W., 183.27 feet to the point of
commen cement.
CONTAINING 9,359 square feet, more or less.

3. In the event recordation of the documents is
desired, the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to record or cause recordation thereof or have the
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, record
or cause recordation thereof.
4. In the event an escrow is established with a title
company for the purpose of closing this transaction, the City
Attorney be and he is hereby authorized to execute the neces-
sary escrow instructions to carry out the provisions of the
Right of Way Contract and Grant Deed.
