A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT
1971 STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
RESOLVED, ~y the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to p~evious order 6f the City Council
and .published notice, bids were publicly opened, examined
and declared on the 28th day of Sentember , 19 71
for the work to be done and the improvement to be made .as
described and specified:
1971 STREET IMPROVEMENT. PROJECT
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby rej'ect all of said pro-
posals or bids except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby
awards the contract for doing the work and improvements and
furnishing the materials, supplies an~ equipment necessary
therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, at the unzt
prices named in their bid to wit:
Piombo Construction Comaany
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to
make and enter into a written contract with said successful
· bidder, and the City Clerk of said City is hereby directed to
attest, his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of
the City. ~
3. That funds shall be encumbered as set forth on
Exhibit "A" attached hereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting.
