A RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION OF ASSESSMENTS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
%~HEREAS, the estimated cost of the project under Reso-
lution of Intention No. 5648, adopted by the City Council
of said City on September ?, 19?l, was $1,060,424.00; and
WHEREAS, following the opening of bids for the work
said estimate may be reduced to $1,010,424.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, that the total
assessment is hereby reduced to $1,010,4~4.00, and that
each of the individual assessments shall be reduced by its
pro rata share of the difference between the Original
assessment and the new assessment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 18th day of October, 1971, by
the following vote:
