A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 3
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 5648,
adopted by said Council on September 7, 1971, and its resolu-
tion calling for bids on the sale of bonds pursuant thereto,
adopted on September 7, 1971, notice of said sale has been
duly given;
WHEREAS, said bids have been received by the City Clerk,
as fixed in said notice, and have been publicly opened, ex-
amined and declared and have been referred to this Council for
consideration; and
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed in said notice
for considering the bids for the purchase of sa. id bonds;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of

said bonds, excepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are
hereby rejected, and that said bonds be, and they are hereby
ordered sold to Kirchnelr. Moore and Com0any ,
as the highest responsible bidder therefor, said sale to be
subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in the
Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the City Treasurer be, and he is hereby directed
to have said bonds printed, and that the same be immediately
signed, sealed and delivered to said bidder on receipt of the
amount therefor and upon the performance of the conditions con-
tained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the~ same
is hereby fixed at the rate stated in said bid.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 18th day of October, 1971, by the following
