A RESOLUTION DIRECTING PREPARATION OF INVESTIGATION REPORT
UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco,
California that Louis A. Arata, a competent person for this purpose, is
hereby directed to proceed and prepare such information as may be re,
quired therefor, to make a report in the form set forth in Division 4
of the Streets and Highways Code, for the following acquisitions and
improvements, to wit:
a) · The opening of a new street to be known as Antoinette Lane
from the intersection of Chestnut Avenue and Mission Road
southeasterly to the 12-mile Creek culvert, and the imprOving
thereof by grading and the construction therein of base pave-
ment and wearing surface, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street
lighting facilities, underground electrical, telephone and
cable TV facilities, water mains, valves, hydrants, services
and appurtenances and storm drainage work as required.
b) The acquisition of all lands and easements and the construc-
tion of all improvements auxiliary to any~ of the above and
necessary to complete the same.
All as more particularly described in Resolution No. 5694
of Preliminary Determination adopted by this Council on ~Monday
October 18 , 1971, to which resolution reference is hereby made for
a particular description of the general nature, location and extent of
the proposed acquisitions and improvements, of the boundaries or ex-
tent of the district or lands to be specially assessed to .pay all the
costs thereof, and of the Statutes under which the proceedings therefor
are proposed to be conducted.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of Sputh San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 18th day of October, 1971, by
the following vote:
