CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ACCEPTANCE OF
AN EASEMENT FROM PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COMPANY - WONDERCOLOR LANE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to accept an easement from Pacific Gas and Electric Company,
a California corporation, for street and highway purposes
over the' parcel described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and he is further authorized to record or cause recordation
of the easement in the official records of the County of
San Mateo.

EXHIBIT A
EASE~'~NT FROM PACIFIC GAS AND
ELECTRIC COHPANY - WONDERCOLOR LANE
An easement for street and highway purposes within the
strip of land situate in the City of South San Francisco,
County of San Marco, State of California, more particularly
described as follows:
BEGINNING at the intersection of the easterly
boundary line of the parcel of land described and
designated Parcel 2 in the deed from South San
Francisco Land and Improvement Company to PaCific
Gas and Electric Company dated April 3, 1925 and
recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said
County of Ss~n Marco in Book 210 of Official Records
at page 107 with the northerly boundary line of the
strip of land described and designated 2 in the deed
from Pacific Gas and Electric Company to Utah Con-
struction Company dated March 11, 1959 and recorded
in the office of said County Recorder in Book $604 of
Official Records at page 145 and running thence
south 0° 06' 20" east, along.the easterly boundary line
of said parcel of land designated Parcel 2 in said
deed dated April 3, 1925, a distance of $0.00 feet;
thence south 89° S3' ~0" west 7.47 feet; thence
southerly on a curve to the left with a radius of
~0.00 feet, through a central angle of 56° 04' 43"
and tangent at the northerly terminus thereof to a
line whi~] has a bearing of south $5° 58' 23" west,
an arc distance of 39.15 feet; thence south 0° 06'
20" east 58.36 feet; thence westerly on a curve to
the right with a radius of 45.00 feet, through a central
angle of 90~ 00' 00" and tangent at the northerly
terminus thereof to the preceding course, an arc
distance of 70.69 feet; thence south 89° 53' ~0" west
79.85 feet; thence southerly on a curve to the left
with a radius of 10.00 feet through a central angle
of 90° 00' 00" and tangent at the northerly tern~inus
thereof to the preceding course, an arc distance of
15. ?1 feet to a point in the westerly boundary line
of the parcel of land described and designated Parcel
1 in the deed from South San Francisco Land and
Improvement Company to Pacific Gas and Electric
Company dated March 20, 1929 and recorded in the office
of said County Recorder in Book 422 of Official Records
at page 79~ thence north 0° 08' 20~' west, along the
westerly boundary line of said parcel of land desig-
nated Parcel l, a distance of 72.15 feet; thence
easterly on a curve to the left with a radius of
10.00 feet, through a central angle of Sgo ll' $0"
and tangent at the westerly terminus thereof to a
line which has a bearing of south 35° 5~' 30" east,
an arc distance of 9.46 feet; thence north 89° 53' 40"
east $5.7~ feet; thence northerly on a curve to the
left with a radius of 25.00 feet, through a central
angle of 90° 00' 00" and t~]gent at a westerly terminus
thereof to the preceding course, an. a~c distance of
39.27 feet; thence north 00 0~' 20" west 103.55 feet;
thence north 89° 53' ~0" east 71.16 feet, more or less,
to the point of beginning.
