CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION COMMENDING REYNALD0 BELMONTE.
WHEREAS, Reynaldo Belmonte, responding to an emergency
situation, rendered first-aid and thereby assisted in saving
the life of Matthew Vasquez, a one-year-old child, and
WHEREAS, Fire Chief John A. Marchi has recommended that
the acts of Mr. Belmonte be recognized, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to commend Reynaldo
Be lmont e;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco that the Council does hereby
commend Reynaldo Belmonte for his immediate and efficient
response in an emergency which assisted in saving the life
of Matthew Vasquez, a one-year-old child.
