RESOLUTION NO. $710
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF
AGREEMENT ENTITLED, "AGREEMENT - SUB-
DIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AND COMMON GREENS,
WESTBOROUGH-WEST PARK UNIT NO. 3B."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
1. Execution of the agreement entitled "Amendment to
'Agreement - Subdivision Improvements and Common Greens,
Westborough-West Park Unit No. 3B.'" is hereby authorized
and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf
of the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
2. The City Clerk is authorized to record or cause
recordation of the agreement in the official records of the
County of San Marco.
