CITY couNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING INSURANCE
OR INDEMNITY PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION
5045 PASSED FEBRUARY 17, 1969.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. The City will indemnify the bond holders against
any loss caused by fire, flood, windstorm or earthquake or
other causes customarily insured against in connection with
similar enterprises if insurance proceeds are insufficient.
2. The City has and will maintain in force adequate
insurance for loss or damage to public facilities customarily
insured against. Said insurance shall include the facilities
constructed pursuant to the South Airport Boulevard Area
Sewer Project.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at. a regular meeting
