A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AGREEMENT FOR ACQUISITION OF
IMPROVEMENTS
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 3 ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
GRADING IMPROVEMENTS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that the Agreement bY' and between
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, Inc. and the
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, for the acquisition of grading
improvements within, the assessment district formed pursuant
to Resolution of Intention No. 5648, adopted by this Council
on september 7, 1971, be, and it is hereby approved, and the
Mayor of this City is hereby authorized and directed to
execute said Agreement, in duplicate, on behalf of the City,
and the City Clerk is directed to attest his signature and
to affix the corporate seal of the City thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco at a regular meeting held this 15th day of November, 1971,
by the following vote:
