Home My WebLink AboutReso 5720-1971RESOLUTION NO. 5720 CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA A RESOLUTION APPROVING GENERAL PLAN AMENDMENT PURSUANT TO PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 2119-- GENERAL CIRCULATORY PLAN OF POINT SAN BRUNO AND ENVIRONS. WHEREAS, the proposed amendment to the City's General Plan is set forth in the document entitled "General Circulatory Plan of Point San Bruno and Environs," attached hereto as Exhibit "A", and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of South San Francisco approved and recommended same to the Council as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, and WHEREAS, the Council, pursuant to the Government Code of the State of California, duly set a hearing thereon for the 6th day of December, 1971, notice of which was published in the "Enterprise-Journal," a newspaper of general circula- tion printed and circulated in the City of South San Francisco, and which date of publication was more than ten (10) days prior to the date set for said hearing, and the affidavit of said publication is on file in the office of the City Clerk, and WHEREAS, the Council did hold said hearing on said date and did thereupon consider said amendments and the statements and communications made at said hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED THAT: 1. The Council hereby adopts as an amendment to the City's General Plan the "General Circulatory Plan of Point San Bruno and Environs," as set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. 2. The said amendments be endorsed as adopted by this Resolution and the Mayor and City Clerk shall execute said Endorsement. - 1 - I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of December , 19 71 , by the following vote: AYES~ COUNCILMEN Patrick E.
