CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING
PERMIT TO CHARTERHOUSE INVESTMENT
COMPANY, CROCKER BANK AND THEIR
CONTRACTORS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works, having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Charter-
house Investment Company and Crocker Bank for a Grading Permit
to grade a parcel of land as shown on the map entitled "Com-
mercial Development, Chestnut Ave. & Antoinette Lane, South
San Francisco, Calif.," prepared by Robert B. Liles, Inc.,
Architect and Engineer, Sheet No. 0P-l, revised November 17,
1971, the City Council hereby authorizes the City Clerk to
issue the Grading Permit entitled "Grading Permit Issued To
Charterhouse Investment Company, Crocker Bank and Their Con-
tractors."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 6th day of December , 19 71 , by
the following vote:
