A RESOLUTION 0F INTENTION TO ALTER
BOUNDARIES WEST PARK 3, PARKS AND
PARKWAY MAINTENANCE DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA, as follows:
1-. That this Council did, pursuant to Chapter 26,
Part 3, Division 7 of the Streets and Highway Code, the
Improvement Act of 1911, conduct proceedings for the formation
of West Park Unit No. 3, Parks and' Parkway Maintenance District
and did, on November 16, 1970, pursuant to proceedings duly
had, adopt its Resolution No. 5441, a Resolution Ordering
Formation of West Park Unit No. 3 Park and Parkways Maintenance
DistriCt.
2. That it is the intention of said Council to annex
certain territory to said Maintenance District and to detach
certain other territory from said MainTenance District pursuant
to the provisions of law hereinabove referred to,which annexa-
tions and detachments will establish the boundary"line of said
District along King Drive consistent with the corporate limits
of the City Of South San Francisco.
I hereby certify that the °foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 20th day of December ,
19 71 , by the following vote:
