CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ISSUANCE OF
A PERMIT - CONSTRUCTION OF RAILROAD
SPUR TRACK IN ROZZI PLACE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to issue a permit for the construction of trackage in Rozzi
Place on the terms and conditions set forth in said permit,
with the proposed centerline of trackage being described as
follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the northeasterly line of
Rozzi Place, distant therein 297 feet southeasterly
from the intersection of prolongation of said line
with the centerline of Eccles Avenue (60 feet wide),
thence southwesterly across Rozzi Place (60 feet
wide) along a tangent bearing south 58°13'$1'' west
a distance of 81.88 feet, thence along a curve to
the left from said tangent having a radius of 382.25
feet an arc distance of 28.73 feet to a point in the
west line of Rozzi Place which is distant therein
289.46 feet southeasterly from the intersection of
prolongation of said line with the centerline of
Eccles Avenue.
