CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISC0, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH WELLS FARGO SIGNAL
SYSTEMS DIVISION (POLICE ALARM SYSTEM).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the agreement between the City of South
San Francisco, a municipal corporation, and Baker Protective
Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation authorized to do busi-
ness in the State of California, acting through its Wells Fargo
Signal Systems Division, providing for an alarm signal system
as therein provided, is hereby authorized and the Chief of
Police is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of
the City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
