RESOLUTION NO. 5746
CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A GRADING PERMIT
TO GOLDRICH g KEST $ ASSOCIATES AND THEIR
CONTRACTORS (2.8 ACRE SITE ADJACENT TO AND
WESTERLY OF WESTBOROUGH BOULEVARD AND
LOCATED ADJACENT TO THE SOUTHERLY END OF
CARTER DRIVE ) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Director of Public Works having filed
a report of his recommendations on the application of Goldrich
& Kest & Associates for a Grading Permit to grade a 2.8 acre
parcel adjacent to and westerly of Westborough Boulevard and
located adjacent to the southerly end of Carter Drive, as
shown on the drawing entitled "Site 2 - Rough Grading Plan
dated January 7, 19 72, the City Council hereby authorizes the
City Clerk to issue the Grading Permit entitled, "Grading
Permit, Goldrich g Kest g Associates and Their Contractors
(2.8 Acre Site Adjacent to and Westerly of Westborough Boule-
vard and Located Adjacent to the Southerly End of Carter

I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a
