'A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF THE
FOLLOWING LOT FROM THE AGREEMENT DATED
SEPTEMBER 10,1969 - LOT 4, BLOCK 1,
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES UNIT NO. 2
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO that the Council having been advised
by the City Planner and Director of Public Works that the pro-
·
posed Oyster Point. Boulevard projection will not require the
use of Lot 4, BLock 1, Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes Unit No. 2, the
Council therefo~ orders the release of said lot from the terms
of the agreement dated September 10, 1969, entered into by
the City of South San Francisco and Cabot, Cabot $ Forbes.
I hereby certify that the ~ foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the' City Council of
