A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING ENGINEER'S
REPORT, AND FIXING TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING
THEREON, UNDER DIVISION 4 OF THE STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE
ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, this Council ordered the Engineer of Work, under
Division 4 of the Streets and Highways Code, to prepare a report
for the following acquisitions and improvements in said City, to
wit:
a)
The opening of a new street to be known as Antoinette
Lane from the intersection of Chestnut AVenue and
Mission Road southeasterly to the 12-mile Creek cul-
vert, and the improving thereof by grading and the
construction therein of base pavement and wearing
surface, curbs, gutters, sidewalks, street lighting
facilities, underground electrical, telephone and
cable TV facilities, water mains, valves, hydrants,
services and appurtenances and storm drainage work as
required.
The acquisition of all lands and easements and the
construction of all improvements auxiliary to any of
the above and necessary to complete· the same.
WHEREAS, said report has been completed and presented to
this Council and this Council has examined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That said report is hereby preliminarily approved and
ordered filed with the City Clerk, who shall endorse thereon the
fact and date of this approval.

2. That Monday~ the 20th day of M~rch , 1972,
at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the Council Chambers, City
Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as 'the
time and Place for hearing upon said ·rePort.
3. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to give notice
of the hearing on said report in the form provided by law, by
mailing copies of said notice at least thirty days prior to the
date of the hearing, postage prepaid, to each person to whom land
in the proposed assessment district is assessed on the last
equalized assessment roll of said City, at his address as shown
upon such roll, and to each person whether owner in fee or having
a lien upon or legal or equity interest in any land within the
proposed district whose name and address and a designation of the
lands in which he is interested is on file in the office of the
City Clerk.

introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of February, 1972, by the followi, ng
