A RESOLUTION DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSME~
IMPROVEMENT OF 12 MILE CREEK
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed
with the City Clerk of said City all pursuant to Resolution
of Intention No. 5293 adopted by the City Council of said
City on May 4, 1970, and the provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed
by said Council on June 15, 1970, and recorded in the office
of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there
are unpaid assessments against which bonds have been issued
pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, have been divided
so that they no longer conform to the original parcel bounda-
ries as shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The Engineer shall cause to be prepared and filed
with the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram
of the lots and parcels so divided, said parcel being desig-
nated Assessment Number 9.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assess-
ment shall be segregated and apportioned in accordance with
the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or parcel
and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of the original lot or parcel shall be equal to the unpaid
assessment upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Monday, the ?Oth day of March, 1972, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall~
South San Francisco, California, be, and the same are hereby,
fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended assess-
ment before said Council.
4o That the City Clerk shall advertise the time and
place of such hearing before the Council by publishing a
notice of said amended assessment twice in the Enterprise-
Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published and
circulated in said City, the first publication being not less
than fifteen days before said hearing.
