CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF LEASE RENEWAL WITH STATE DEPART-
MENT OF PUBLIC WORKS, DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS (COLMA CREEK) .
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the lease renewal between
the State of California, Department of Public Works, Division
of Highways, lessor, and City of South San Francisco, a
municipal corporation, lessee, wherein provision is made for
renewal of the lease entered into between the parties on
January 13, 1965, related to land known as the west side of
Airport Boulevard at Colma Creek, and more particularly
described in said lease, is hereby authorized and the Mayor
and City Clerk are authorized to execute said lease renewal
on behalf of the City.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of February , 19 72 ,
by the following vote:
