CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH BRAEWOOD DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION (UP-i~??) - CONDOMINIUM
PROJECT NO. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the agreement between the
City of SoUth San Francisco and Braewood Development Corpora-
tion providing for construction of the model units for
Condominium Project No. 1 (UP-l?? and SA-22), pending com-
pletion of common green exchanges which meet the new design
of said area, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement on behalf of the City and City
Clerk attest his signature thereto.
