CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION GRANTING CONSENT TO THE NORTH
SAN MATE0 COUNTY SANITATION DISTRICT FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER COLLECTION MAIN
IN GELLERT BOULEVARD.
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the North San Mateo County Sanitation District
has, by resolution, requested consent to the construction of
a sanitary sewer collection main in Gellert Boulevard in the
City of South San Francisco, and
WHEREAS, said sanitary sewer collection main will provide
service to properties lying within the boundaries of the
District and outside the corporate limits of the City, and
WHEREAS, the public interest, convenience and necessity
will be served thereby;
NOW, THEREFORE, consent to the construction of a sanitary
sewer collection main in Gellert Boulevard shall be, and it
is hereby, granted to the North San Mateo County Sanitation
District for the construction and installation of the sewer
main shown on the plans and specifications therefor approved
by the District, a copy of which is on file with the City.
A permit for the construction of said sanitary sewer main
shall be obtained from the City subject to the terms and
conditions imposed by the City on said permit.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 22nd day of February , 1@ ~72 , by
