HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 5791-1972RESOLUTION NO. 5791 A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS ANTOINETTE LANE STREET OPENING PROJECT ASSESSMENT DISTRICT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the intention of said Council to make changes and modifications in the assessment filed pursu- .ant to Resolution of Intention No. 5697 adopted by this Council on October 18, 1971, by decreasing and redistributing the total amount of the assessment from'S65,591.20 to $61,700, and_ by. re- apportioning and redistributing said assessment against assess- ment 'Nos. 1 and 4 according to benefits. The Engineer shall make said changes either on the face of the assessment or by filing an amendment thereto. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 17th day of April, 1972, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M., in the regular meeting place of said Council, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are ~hereby fixed as the time and place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and modifications and hearing all Protests and persons interested therein. The Clerk of this Ci~y.~hall cause a copy of this resolu- tion to be published' once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published in said City and the newspaper in which the NotiCe of Improvement under said Resolution of Intention was published, and to be mailed to all property oWners where assessments are increased, said publications to be at least ten days. befOre said day of hearing and said mailing to be at least twenty days prior to said hearing date. ~11 "r '1 .... llill I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of.
