A RESOLUTION ORDERING TRANSFER OF FUNDS AND
REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS ADVANCED
CABOT, CABOT & FORBES INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT NO. 1
AND
UNITS NOS. 2 AND 2-A
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, the sanitary sewage lift station situated on
Lot l, Block 2, Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial Park Unit 2,
was constructed in two phases, one of which was financed in
proceedings conducted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No.
3939 adopted May 18, 1964 (Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial
park Unit No. 1), and the other pursuant to Resolutions of
Intention Nos. 4236 and 4613, adopted June 28, 1965 and
January 16, 1967, respectively (Cabot, Cabot & Forbes
Industrial Park, Units Nos. 2 and 2-A);
WHEREAS, the cost of each phase was charged against
and became part of the assessment against the lands included
within each assessment .district, respectivelY;
WHEREAS, the Engineer of Work, upon completi°n of said
sewage lift station, made a benefit study of the completed
faCility and has determined that the amount of $47,200 which
was included in the assessment levied pursuant to said Reso-
lutions of Intention Nos. 4236 and 4613, being Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes Industrial Park Units No. 2 and 2-A, should be trans-
ferred from the construction f'unds created in said proceedings
to the construction fund created pursuant to'Resolution of
Intention No. 3939, being Cabot, Cabot & Forbes Industrial
Park Unit No. l;
WHEREAS, the funds in said Unit No. I construction fund
have been heretofore exhausted by extra costs, and Cabot,
Cabot ~ Forbes California Properties, Inc. has advanced said
costs as incurred, the total of such advance to date being
$62,115.60, and the funds hereinafter made available from
the Unit No. 2 and Unit No. 2-A construction funds may
properly be expended in partial reimbursement of said advances;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That the sum of $2B,600 be, and it is hereby trans-
ferred from the Unit No. 2 construction fund to the Unit No. 1
construction fund.
2. That the sum of $23,600 be, and it is hereby trans-
ferred from the Unit No. 2-A construction fund to the Unit
No. 1 construction fund.
3. That said amounts so transferred, being the total
of said $47,200, are hereby authorized to be paid to Cabot,
Cabot & Forbes California Properties, Inc., in partial reim-
bUrsement for costs advanced to said project.
4. That the City Clerk, City Treasurer and City Auditor
are hereby authorized to take whatever action is necessary to
accomplish such payment.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South'San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 3rd day of April, 1972, by the following vote:
