A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF AGKEEMENT RELATING TO JOINT CONSTRUCTION~
OWNERSHIP AND USE OF WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT,
AND APPBRTENANT FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council an agree-
ment denom~ted, "Agreement Relating To Joint Construction, Owner-
ship And Use Of Wastewater Treatment Plant, And Appurtenant Facilities",
and this Council has reviewed and considered the terms and conditions
thereof;
NOW, T~k_~EFORE, IT IS HEREBY D~r~/qIHED and CRDERED, as
follows:
1. The "Agreement Relating To Joint Construction, Ownership
And Use Of wastewater Treatment Plant, And Appurtenant Facilities",
is hereby approved, and the Mayor is directed to execute, and the
City Clerk to attest, said Agreement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regularly
meeting held this 3rd day of Aoril, 1972, by the following vote:
