CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AGREEMENT
WITH THE COUNTY OF SAN MATE0 -
RIGHT-OF-WAY SERVICES
(ANTOINETTE LANE) . ~
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that execution of the agreement entitled,
"Agreement for Performance of Right-of-Way Services," wherein
provision is made for performance of certain right-of-way
services related to the Antoinette Lane acquisition, is
hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his
signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 3rd day of Apri~ , 19 72 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E.Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli,
William A. Borba and Warren Steinkamp
