CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF FIRE CHIEF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. James I. Meidl be and he is hereby appointed
Fire Chief of the City of South San Francisco, such appoint-
ment to be effective upon vacancy in said office or position.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
assign said appointee to duties preparatory to assuming said
position and to increase the salary of said appointee to a
sum commensurate with said duties not to exceed Step C
in Range 80 .
