A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND DIRECTING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT FOR JOINT CONSTRUCTION, OWNERSHIP
AND USE OF AN OUTFALL FORCE MAIN, A SUBMARINE
BAY OUTFALL, AND APPURTENANT FACILITIES
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to this Council an
agreement denominated, "Agreement For Joint Construction,
Ownership And Use Of An Outfall Force Main, A Submarine Bay
Outfall, And Appurtenant Facilities" and this Council has
reviewed and considered the terms and conditions thereof;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY DETERMINED and ORDERED, as
follows:
1. The "Agreement For Joint Construction, Ownership
And Use Of An Outfall Force Main, A Submarine Bay Outfall, And
Appurtenant Facilities" is hereby approved, and the Mayor is
directed to execute, and the City Clerk to attest, said Agreement.
I h~eby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 17th day of April, 1972, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahern, Frank J. Bertucelli, William A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren STeinkamp
