CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT
OF AGREEMENT BETWEEN CITY AND
GMT INVESTORS - WESTBOROUGH UNIT 4A.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
South San Francisco that:
1. Execution of the agreement between the City of
South San Francisco and GMT Investors, a California Limited
Partnership, entitled, "Amended Agreement, Westborough 4A-
Improvements and Other Matters Related to Park Site and
Tentative Map," is hereby authorized and the Mayor is authorized
to execute said agreement' on behalf of the City and City Clerk
attest his signature thereto.
2. If recordation is desired, the City Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized to record said agreement in the
official records of the County of San Mateo.
