CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING THE APPOINTMENT
OF FIRE CHIEF.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that:
1. The appointment of Fire Chief authorized by Section 1
of Resolution 5810 passed April 3, 19 72, is hereby rescinded
and revoked as of the date of this order.
2. The City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to
reinstate the appointee to his former position in the com-
petitive service.
I hereby cem±ify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at an adjourned re§ular meeting
held on the 27th day of April , 19 72 ,
by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Gordon T.~Boblitt, F. Frank Mammini
and Warren Steinkamp
NOES, " Patrick E. Ahern and William A. Borba
ABSENT, " None
