CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 5728
ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION DESIGNATING THE
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER TO MEET AND
CONFER IN ACCORDANCE WITH GOVERNMENT
CODE SECTION 3500 ET SEQ., AND APPROVING
DELEGATION OF CERTAIN PERSONNEL OFFICER'S
DUTIES."
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that Section 1 of Resolution 5728, entitled
"A Resolution Designating the Administrative Officer to Meet
and Confer in Accordance with Government Code Section 3500
Et Seq., and Approving Delegation of Certain Personnel
Officer's Duties," is hereby amended to read:
"1. Wesley Sizoo, Attorney at Law, and the
Administrative Assistant to the City Manager are
hereby designated as the representatives to meet
and confer in good faith regarding wages, hours
and other conditions of employment with represen-
tatives of the recognized employee organizations
for the year 1972."
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at an adjourned regular
meeting held on the 27th day of April
19 72, by the following vote:
