A RESOLUTION CALLING FOR BIDS ON BONDS
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
$600,000 WATER POLLUTION CONTROL BONDS OF 1972
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
1. Bids shall be called by the Clerk of said City for
the sale of $600,000 Water Pollution Control Bonds of 1972.
2. Notice thereof shall be given by the Clerk causing
to be mailed copies of an "Official Notice of Sale", to the
various banks and bond houses and other persons interested as
determined by the Clerk, at least ten days before the date said
bids are to be opened.
3. The City Council will furnish the legal opinion, of
the law firm of Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, San Mateo, Cali-
fornia, unqualifiedly approving the legality of the proceedings
and the issuance of said bonds.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this Ist day of May, 1972, by the following vote:
