A RESOLUTION DECLARING COUNCIL'S
INTENTION TO OBLIGATE 1971-72
AND 1972-73 FISCAL YEAR TOPICS
APPORTIONMENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that
WHEREAS, the State Department of Public Works has
requested the City of South San Francisco to provide a resolu-
tion of intent for the obligation of the 1971-72 and 1972-73
fiscal year TOPICS apportionments;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of South
San Francisco intends to obligate its 1971-72 and 1972-73
fiscal year TOPICS fund allocation in accordance with Rules
Regarding Use of TOPICS Funds la, lb, lc or combination,
set forth in the Department of Public Works' March 23, 1972,
letter.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the I st day of May , 19 72 , by
the following vote:
