A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM CABOT, CABOT g FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC. - 5' P.U.E. AT
CABOT COURT AND GRANDVIEW DRIVE
(CABOT, CABOT g FORBES SOUTH SAN
FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT i-C).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grant Deed made by Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes California Properties, Inc., dated December 2, 1971,
conveying a 5' public utilities easement to the City of
South San Francisco as therein described is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda-
tion thereof in the Official Records of San Mateo County.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a requ~ar
held on the 5th day of June
