A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED
FROM CABOT, CABOT & FORBES CALIFORNIA
PROPERTIES, INC., LOT 1S, BLOCK 1 AND
LOT 1, BLOCK 2, CABOT, CABOT $ FORBES
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO INDUSTRIAL PARK
UNIT 2 (PUMP SITE).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the Grant Deed made by Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes California Properties, Inc., on December 2, 1971,
conveying to the City of South San Francisco the following-
described real property for a pump site is hereby accepted and
the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized to record or
cause recordation thereof in the Official Records of the County
of San Mateo:
Lot 15, Block 1, and Lot 1, Block 2, Cabot,
Cabot $ Forbes South San Francisco Industrial
Park, Unit 2, recorded in Map Book 70, Pages
17-20, San Mateo County Official Records.
