CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF LEASE AGREEMENT (CITY AND UNITED
CALIFORNIA BAND.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the lease agreement between
the United California Bank, a California corporation, and the
City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation, wherein
provision is made for the lease of respective parcels of land
therein described, is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said lease agreement on behalf of the
City and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
