CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT WITH CABOT, CABOT & FORBES
CALIFORNIA PROPERTIES, INC., AND ACCEPTANCE
OF GRANTS OF EASEMENTS THEREIN CONTAINED.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francis co that:
1. Execution of the agreement between Cabot, Cabot &
Forbes California Properties, Inc., a Delaware corporation,
and the City of South San Francisco, a municipal corporation,
providing for a grant of easement and improvement thereof
as therein set forth is hereby authorized and the Mayor is
authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City
and City Clerk attest his signature thereto.
2. The 20' easement for roadway purposes granted by
Cabot, Cabot & Forbes in said agreement is hereby accepted
and the City Clerk is authorized to record or cause recorda-
tion of said agreement and grant of easement in the official
records of the County of San Mateo and execute a certificate
of acceptance therefor.
