A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING SETTLEMENT OF
PARCELS 1, 1-A AND 2 OWNED BY JOE CROSARIOL
FOR THE SUM OF $9,000.00 INCLUSIVE OF INTEREST
STONEGATE RIDGE UNIT NO. 1
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San
Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, a proposed settlement has been effected with the
owner of Parcel l, as more particularly described in Resolution No.
5497 adopted by the City Council of said City on February 16, 19?l,
and Parcels 1-A and 2, as more particularly described in Resolution
No. 5554, adopted by the City Council of said City on May 3, 1971,
namely, Joe Crosariol, for the taking of the fee simple title in and
to said Parcel i for street purposes and for temporary slope and
construction easements in, over, across and upon said Parcels 1-A
and 2, in the sum of $9,000.00 inclusive of interest;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED as follows:
1. That John Noonan, City Attorney of the City o£ South San
Francisco and the law firm o£ Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch be, and
they are, hereby authorized to effect the settlement aforesaid for
said parcels, and to execute and deliver in behalf of said city
all documents of every kind and nature necessary or convenient to
accomplish this purpose.
2. That the City Clerk of the City of South San Francisco
be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to draw a warrant
payable to JOE CROSARIOL in the sum of $9,000.00, being the agreed
award for the acquisition of the property aforesaid, and to deliver
said ~rrant to Wilson, Jones, Morton & Lynch, 630 North San Mateo
Drive, San Mateo, California 94401.
I hereby certlfy that the foregoing resolution was regular~t intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council of the Clty of South San Francisco at
a regular meeting held,~:,~ this 5th day of July, 1972, by the following vote:
