CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING GRANT
OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY STORM
SEWER PURPOSES - TROJAN INDUSTRIAL
PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco, that:
1. The City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
accept a grant of easement from Richard Diodati, et al, for
storm and sanitary sewer purposes over, across and through
the parcel described as follows:
An easement 15 feet in width for sanitary and
storm sewer purposes across a portion of the lands
of Richard Diodati, said easement being 15 feet
easterly of, contiguous to and parallel with the
following described line:
BEGINNING at a point in the easterly right of
way line of San Mateo Avenue, said POINT OF BEGIN-
NING being distant thereon South 0° 59' East
375.$1 feet from the point of intersection of said
easterly line of San Mateo Avenue and the prolonga-
tion of the southerly line of Tanforan Avenue,
said point of intersection being a point in the
boundary between the City of South San Francisco
and the City of San Bruno, as described in deed
from the South San Francisco' Land and Improvement
Company, a corporation, to the City of South San
Francisco and recorded 28 December, 1944, in Volume
1161, page 42, Official Records, San Mateo County,
California, thence from said POINT OF BEGINNING
along said easterly line of San Mateo Avenue (said
easterly line being also the westerly boundary of
the City of South' San Francisco) South 0° 59' East
1,240.00 feet.
The northerly and southerly termini of the above
described easement being contiguous to lines that
bear North 89° $?' 30" West.
2. That the City Clerk be and he is hereby authorized
to execute a certificate of acceptance and record or cause
recordation thereof in the official records of San Mateo
County.
