CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION.AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
AN AGREEMENT PROVIDING FOR PUBLIC
IMPROVEMENTS - TROJAN INDUSTRIAL PARK.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that execution of the agreement providing for
public improvements in Trojan Industrial Park is hereby
authorized and the Mayor is authorized to execute said agree-
ment on behalf of the City and City Clerk attest his signa-
ture thereto.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be and
he is hereby authorized to record or cause recordation of
said agreement in the official records of the County of San
Mate o.

Forwarded herewith in the above-entitled matter are:
1. Resolution 5886 which authorizes the Clerk to accept
grant of easement for sanitary storm sewer purposes - Trojan
Park and recordation of same.
Industrial Park. The description has been submitted to D.E.D.
for verification.

The deed has been signed and delivered to my office but
requires a modification in the granting clause and when that is
completed I will send it to you.
The ~agreement has been forwarded to D.E.D. and a copy of
the forwarding memorandum sent to you. When D.E.D. completes
review it will be sent to you for execution and/or recordation.

Forwarded herewith is the agreement proposed in the
· .above-entitled matter, execution of which was authorized by
Resolution 5887. This agreement provides for the construction
and installation of the public improvements in the 15' easement
accepted by City.
Fill-ins are, required on pages 1~ 3, q, 11, lq and 15,
as well as the name of subdivider on page 18. In addition, it is
necessary to complete Exhibit A which is supposed to describe the
plans and specifica+~ions.. In addition to reciting the map title
on page Is also include the recording data so thaZ the kecorder
will have a legally-established parcel reference as a basis for
recording the agreement.
When the fill-ins have been completed and the agreement
has been signed and acknowledged~ please submit the original to
the City Clerk for recordation.
Attached also is a copy of the description of the deed
wi~h request for approval by your office prior to recordation.
