A RESOLUTION REGARDING SETTLEMENT
AGREEMENT AND FINAL RELEASE, STATE
OF CALIFORNIA, ET AL, V. STANDARD
0IL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, ET AL,
CIVIL ACTION NO. 51107 (EDGINGTON
0IL COMPANY).
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco:
Section 1. That the Settlement Agreement entered into
on behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a municipal
corporation, by its counsel is hereby authorized, approved
and ratified.
Section 2. That the City Manager be and he is hereby
authorized to execute and deliver the Final Release approved
by its counsel (Exhibit C to the Settlement Agreement).
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of
the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held on the 7th day of August ,
19 72, by the following vote:
AYES, COUNCILMEN Patrick E. Ahem, Gordon T. Bobl itt, Will lam A.
Borba, F. Frank Mammini and Warren Steinkamp
