CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, STATE OF CALIFORNIA
A RESOLUTION REGARDING EXISTING SANITARY
SEWER EASEMENT - BENNETT g KAHNWEILER
INDUSTRIAL SUBDIVISION.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco that the subdividers by letter dated July 21,
1972, having given City notice pursuant to Business and
Professions Code Section 11587(a) and having further assured
City that the easement referred to in said notice (existing
sanitary sewer easement, San Mateo County Official Records
Book 2635, Page 722) will be relocated in Swift Avenue, plans
and specifications to City's standards prepared and facilities
installed at no cost to City and consent to abandonment and
vacation of existing easement given, the Council finds and
determines that the development of the property in the manner
set forth in the final map will not unreasonably interfere
with the free and complete exercise of the easement by the
City, the same being one of limited duration.
I hereby certify that the foregoing Resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting
held on the 7th day of August , 19 72 , by
the following vote:
